On your first visit we show a cookie banner with two choices: "Essential only" or "Accept all". Nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies is set until you choose. Your choice is remembered so you are not asked again on every visit. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser and reloading — the banner will reappear.

These are always set because the website cannot work without them:

• Basket storage (browser local storage) — remembers the printers you have added to your basket between page visits. Deleted when you empty your basket or clear your browser data.
• Cookie consent record — stores your banner choice so we do not ask every time. Kept for 12 months.

If you accept all cookies we may use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful, so we can improve the site. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally or to advertise to you. If you choose "Essential only", no analytics cookies are set.

We do not currently set advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies. If we ever do, this page will be updated first and your consent will be requested through the banner before any of them is set.

Some pages may embed content from other providers (for example maps on our contact page). Those providers may set their own cookies once the content loads; their cookies are governed by their own policies, and we tell you before any such content loads where consent is needed.

All major browsers let you block or delete cookies — look in your browser's privacy or security settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the basket and cookie banner from working. You can also browse in private/incognito mode, which deletes cookies when you close the window.
