Delivery & Installation

• UK mainland standard delivery: £12.50 ex VAT, 1-2 working days from dispatch; free on orders over £250 ex VAT.
• Next working day delivery (order before 2pm, working days): £24.00 ex VAT, stock permitting.
• Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands: quoted at checkout, typically 2-4 working days.
• Large format and production devices: delivered on a tail-lift vehicle, 5-10 working days.
• Collection from our Hoxton Square office: free, by appointment, once we confirm your order is ready.

Orders confirmed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day where stock is in our warehouse. You will receive dispatch confirmation with tracking details where the courier supports it. We do not deliver on UK bank holidays; next-day services count working days only.

Standard delivery is kerbside or reception. Site installation — unboxing, positioning, network configuration, driver deployment and a user walkthrough — is available from £150 ex VAT for desk devices and is quoted individually for large format and production hardware. Installed devices are demonstrated working before our engineer leaves.

Couriers deliver between 8am and 6pm on working days. Please tell us about loading restrictions, lifts, stairs, parking or congestion/ULEZ access issues before dispatch; failed deliveries caused by inaccessible sites may incur a redelivery charge at cost. You may nominate a safe place or neighbour, at your own risk, where the courier offers that option.

Please check goods on arrival. Report visible transit damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or collection at no cost to you. If a standard parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (or 14 days for remote areas), tell us and we will trace it or send a replacement.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods passes once payment has cleared in full.

Deliveries use recyclable packaging wherever possible. Under the UK WEEE Regulations we will take back old printing equipment on a like-for-like basis when we deliver a replacement — just ask when ordering.
